Space Camp

The Stafford Air & Space Museum will be offering a fun and educational oppurtunity this summer for kids entering 3rd - 8th grade. The first 3 weeks of June the museum will have the first annual Space Camp. Please call for more information. There are limited seats. Please check out our flier for space camp ! Stafford Statue on the move

The statue of General Stafford recently was moved to a new home, next to the Stafford Air & Space Museum Entrance. The statue was moved to make way for the new 5,000 sq. ft. Luczo Educational Center.

SWOSU Engineering Class

The Capstone II class has completed another successful project at the museum. The class automated the Jacobs R-755 engine. With the press of a button, the engine now moves and lights up!

Movie Premier

The movie "The Wonder of All" by Jeff Roth will premier at the Stafford Air & Space Museum on June 13th. Tickets for this event go on sale May 15th. Please call for pricing and other information. All proceeds will go towards the education program at the museum.

Volunteer of the Year Award

The new Lt. Gen. Thomas P. Stafford, Astronaut Commemorative Bench by Kelly Gale Amen was unveiled on Saturday February 23 at 10 AM in Stafford Air & Space Museum lobby. This bench includes laser cut images that General Stafford has drawn for this specific bench. General Stafford was present for this event as well as our Stafford Volunteer Brunch held earler in the morning.
