Mission Statement
The mission of the Stafford Air & Space Center is to entertain, educate, excite, and inspire adventurers and explorers of all ages with the wonders of air and space exploration.
Vision Statement
We will accomplish this by:
- Acquiring, preserving, restoring, and displaying air and space artifacts of historical and/or scientific significance.
- Developing educational displays and materials that will:
- Entertain the public with the sights and sounds of air and space travel.
- Increase the public’s awareness and understanding of the development of air and spaceflight and the contributions of air and space technologies to society.
- Excite and inspire students and explorers toward careers in math, science,
engineering, and technology with the awe and exhilaration of air and space
travel.
- Maintaining an educational center where teachers can acquire classroom lessons and materials and students can participate in hands-on activities.

Opportunities to Donate:
Donors are able to purchase the signature bench for their own private use with proceeds going toward support of the Stafford Center. Patrons also have the option of purchasing the KGA Art Bench to be displayed at Stafford Center.
Kelly Amen Bench Program: After growing up in Weatherford, Kelly Gale Amen received a bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1971. Amen moved to Houston and
started his own design business, KGA, Inc. in 1974.
Amen enjoys a reputation internationally for cutting edge concept and design. He was named "Designer of the Year" by Traditional Home. His work has been featured in all available media, from HGTV to nationally distributed books.

Naming Opportunities:
The Stafford Air & Space Center has many opportunities to dedicate facility areas, display cases and courtyard areas to private or corporate donors. All donations are tax deductible.

Facility Rental :
There are two state-of-the-art classroom/meeting rooms available at the Stafford Air & Space Center. Both the Apollo Meeting Room and Hubble Classroom at the Stafford Air & Space Center are available for parties, meetings and get-togethers. New state-of-the-art sound systems and large projection screens with PC and DVD connection capabilities are available along with a convenient caterer’s kitchen.
